1. General By accessing this website, you agree to comply with these terms. Axion Info Solutions is an authorized IT reseller and GeM service provider.
2. Product Availability & Pricing
- All products shown are subject to OEM availability.
- Prices mentioned (if any) are indicative. Final pricing for GeM/Corporate orders will be provided via official Quotation/Proforma Invoice only.
3. Warranty & Services
- Hardware sold comes with Manufacturer (OEM) Warranty (HP/Dell/Acer) as per the specific product serial number.
- Axion Info Solutions acts as a facilitator for warranty claims but the ultimate liability lies with the OEM.
- For AMC/FMS services, the Service Level Agreement (SLA) signed separately will govern the terms.
4. Returns & Refunds
- B2B Orders: Goods once sold will not be taken back unless there is a manufacturing defect reported within 7 days of delivery (DOA Case).
- Order Cancellation: Orders processed specifically for GeM or Special Bid cannot be cancelled once the PO is raised.
5. Jurisdiction Any dispute arising out of the use of this website or business dealings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
